The sun, with all those planets revolving around it and dependent on it, can still ripen a bunch of grapes as if it had nothing else in the Universe to do.

Imagine looking at a bunch of grapes on a grape vine.... The Sun ripens those grapes, but it keeps our whole planet alive at the same time. It sort of puts things in some sort of perspective doesn't it? A simple yet immeasurably powerful thing, sunshine, keeps us all alive. I love the saying by Anon. that says "You need water and sunshine every day because you're just like a house plant but with more complex emotions".

Drink the water and walk in the sunshine, AND do whatever you need to do, to look after your emotional self too.
